1.Introduction
Using high purity alumina powder as raw material and combined with modern advanced sintering technology, we produce our Alumina crucible tga sample pans / ceramic DTA crucible cup with special shape of D17*30mm have the following properties so as to meet various laboratory requirements.
1. High thermal conductivity: quick heat transfer between samples and crucible so as to ensure
a small temperature difference and uniform temperature distribution.
2. Stable structure performance: high purity materials comibined with precisely controlled high
temperature sintering technology form compact and homogeneous microcrystalline phase structure so that is not likely to react with the analytical samples chemically or physically.
3. High temperature stability: the temperature range of excellent thermal conductive TGA alumina crucibles is very wide and the maximum working temperature is up to 1750℃.
4. High reuse rate: the used TGA alumina crucibles should be processed by water washing or 10% hydrochloric acid washing, and then they can be used repeatedly and not influence the result of the experiment.
